When delivery is outside of the Free Delivery area, Is there a minimum purchase?

There is no minimum for treats to be delivered, only weight determined postage.
There is a minimum when ordering Main courses to be delivered outside of the Free Delivery Area
- A Small box of Main Courses holds 8 Large or 14 Small- overnight delivery capital cities.
- A medium box holds 15-17 large Mains or small- country regions. 2 day delivery

What if I’m not home for delivery?

Your order will be left in a foam box so it stays fresh for your return.
We must be able to leave your box SOMEWHERE, so if you have a security building- consider having your order delivered to your work.

How do I dispose of the packaging?

The Treat packaging is made of biodegradable cellophane and paper so recycle appropriately.
The Main Course containers can be recycled by Sassy Treats if the containers are clean of all labels. Otherwise please put in your weekly council recycling.

How much should I feed my pet?

- Cats will eat 1/3 – ½ a container a day.
- Small dogs will eat between ½ and one small container a day.
- Medium dog will eat between 1 small or ½ large container a day.
- A large dog will eat a 2/3 – 1 large container a day.
Special larger sizes are available on request for guardians looking after giant breeds and multiple dogs or custom orders.
